EMVN BGM là dịch vụ phát nhạc nền dành cho doanh nghiệp (quán cà phê, nhà hàng, cửa hàng và các không gian kinh doanh khác). Ứng dụng không dành cho người dùng cá nhân và không có chức năng tự đăng ký tài khoản: mọi tài khoản đều do EMVN cấp cho doanh nghiệp khách hàng, và do doanh nghiệp đó phân cho nhân sự của mình sử dụng.

Khi thiết bị đang hoạt động, ứng dụng gửi trạng thái phát hiện tại về hệ thống để phục vụ điều khiển từ xa và hiển thị cho quản trị viên của doanh nghiệp: bản nhạc và kênh đang phát, vị trí phát, âm lượng, trạng thái phát/tạm dừng và trạng thái kết nối (trực tuyến/ngoại tuyến).

Các nhật ký này gắn với thiết bị và doanh nghiệp, phục vụ vận hành và báo cáo cho chính doanh nghiệp đó.
Ứng dụng luôn ghi nhật ký kỹ thuật ngay trên thiết bị để phục vụ xử lý sự cố: thời điểm, mức độ (gỡ lỗi / thông tin / cảnh báo / lỗi), tên phân hệ phát sinh (ví dụ trình phát nhạc, đồng bộ lịch phát), nội dung thông báo lỗi và vết gọi khi ứng dụng gặp sự cố. Phần nhật ký này giới hạn khoảng 5 MB và tự động ghi đè, không rời khỏi thiết bị nếu không có các điều kiện dưới đây.
Nhật ký chẩn đoán chỉ được gửi về EMVN trong ba trường hợp:
Trước khi được ghi hoặc gửi đi, nội dung nhật ký được lọc tự động để loại bỏ mã truy cập, tham số ký của đường dẫn tải nội dung, địa chỉ email và đường dẫn thư mục người dùng trên máy. Nhật ký chẩn đoán gắn với thiết bị và doanh nghiệp, chỉ được nhân sự kỹ thuật nội bộ của EMVN truy cập để xử lý sự cố.
Để ứng dụng hoạt động được khi mạng không ổn định, thiết bị lưu cục bộ:
Dữ liệu này không được sao lưu tự động ra ngoài thiết bị. Trên Android, gỡ ứng dụng sẽ xoá toàn bộ phần lưu cục bộ. Trên Windows và macOS, một phần dữ liệu ứng dụng có thể còn lại sau khi gỡ; có thể xoá thủ công thư mục dữ liệu của ứng dụng để loại bỏ hoàn toàn.
Nội dung âm thanh được tải trực tiếp từ hạ tầng phân phối của nhà cung cấp thư viện nhạc SourceAudio (qua mạng phân phối nội dung Amazon CloudFront) tới thiết bị, thay vì đi qua máy chủ của EMVN. Vì vậy, địa chỉ IP và thông tin kỹ thuật của yêu cầu tải (thời điểm, dung lượng, loại thiết bị) sẽ tới nhà cung cấp hạ tầng đó trong quá trình phát nhạc.
SourceAudio và nhà cung cấp hạ tầng của họ (Amazon Web Services) chỉ nhận các dữ liệu kỹ thuật nêu trên trong vai trò cung cấp dịch vụ phân phối nội dung theo thoả thuận với EMVN; EMVN không cung cấp thông tin tài khoản người dùng cho họ. Tham khảo: chính sách quyền riêng tư của SourceAudio và thông báo quyền riêng tư của AWS.
Ngoài trường hợp trên, chúng tôi không bán, không trao đổi và không chia sẻ dữ liệu cho bên thứ ba vì mục đích quảng cáo hay tiếp thị.
Cơ sở pháp lý của việc xử lý: dữ liệu được xử lý nhằm thực hiện hợp đồng dịch vụ giữa EMVN và doanh nghiệp khách hàng, phục vụ vận hành hệ thống, và để tuân thủ nghĩa vụ pháp lý cùng nghĩa vụ đối soát bản quyền âm nhạc của EMVN, phù hợp với Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân.

Hết thời hạn trên, dữ liệu được xoá hoặc ẩn danh hoá.
Người dùng có quyền yêu cầu truy cập, chỉnh sửa, hoặc xoá dữ liệu cá nhân của mình. Do tài khoản do doanh nghiệp khách hàng quản lý, đề nghị liên hệ trước với quản trị viên của doanh nghiệp, hoặc liên hệ trực tiếp EMVN theo mục 11.
Chúng tôi phản hồi yêu cầu liên quan tới dữ liệu cá nhân trong vòng 72 giờ theo quy định của Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP. Lưu ý: nhật ký phát nhạc gắn với thiết bị và doanh nghiệp có thể tiếp tục được lưu để thực hiện nghĩa vụ đối soát bản quyền nêu tại mục 8, kể cả sau khi dữ liệu tài khoản cá nhân đã được xoá.
EMVN BGM là công cụ dành cho doanh nghiệp, không hướng tới và không dành cho người dưới 18 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em.
Toàn bộ liên lạc giữa ứng dụng và dịch vụ được mã hoá trên đường truyền (TLS). Nội dung âm thanh lưu trên thiết bị được mã hoá AES-256-GCM.

Account information — email address, display name, user and customer identifiers, and role (customer administrator or staff).
Player device information — system-assigned device identifier, device name chosen by the customer's staff, assigned playback zone, platform (Android / iOS / Windows / macOS), installed app version, last-seen timestamp and device status.
Realtime playback state — while a device is active, the app reports its current playback state to the service for remote control and for display to the customer's administrators: current track and channel, playback position, volume, playing/paused state and connection (online/offline) status.
Playback and caching logs — for each play: track, channel, session identifier, timestamp, duration played, and whether playback was offline. For each caching event: track, event type (downloaded or deleted), size and timestamp. These logs are required for usage reporting and music-licensing reconciliation.
Technical diagnostic logs (consent required) — the app always writes technical logs on the device itself for troubleshooting: timestamp, severity (debug / info / warning / error), the subsystem involved (e.g. the player, schedule sync), error messages, and stack traces when the app fails. This on-device log is capped at roughly 5 MB and overwrites itself, and does not leave the device except in the three cases below:
Before being written or sent, log content is automatically filtered to remove access tokens, content-delivery URL signing parameters, email addresses and local user directory paths. Diagnostic logs are tied to the device and the business customer, and are accessible only to EMVN's internal technical staff for troubleshooting.
No location data. No access to contacts, photos, messages or calendar. No advertising identifiers — the app contains no advertising. No third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. No microphone access.
So the app keeps working on unreliable connections, each device stores an encrypted copy of downloaded audio (AES-256-GCM), the corresponding content keys in the operating system's secure key store, and a device access token. This data is excluded from automatic device backups. On Android it is removed when the app is uninstalled; on Windows and macOS some application data may remain after uninstalling and can be removed by deleting the app's data folder.
Audio content is streamed directly from the delivery infrastructure of our music-library provider, SourceAudio (via the Amazon CloudFront content-delivery network) to the device rather than through EMVN's servers. As a result, the device's IP address and technical request metadata reach that infrastructure provider during playback. SourceAudio and its infrastructure provider (Amazon Web Services) receive only the technical data described above, in their role as content-delivery service providers under agreement with EMVN; EMVN does not provide them with user account information. We do not sell, trade or share data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
To operate the service (authentication, content delivery, remote device control, scheduled playback), to produce usage reports for the business customer, to meet music-licensing reconciliation obligations, and to provide technical support. Lawful basis: data is processed to perform the service agreement between EMVN and the business customer, to operate the system, and to comply with EMVN's legal and music-licensing reconciliation obligations, in accordance with Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.
Data may be accessed by the business customer that owns the account (their administrators see their own devices, zones and reports), by infrastructure providers operating the system, and by competent authorities where legally required.
Account data is retained for the term of the contract with the business customer and for up to 24 months after termination, for reconciliation and dispute handling. Playback and caching logs are retained for up to 5 years to meet music-licensing reporting and reconciliation obligations. Device and state logs are retained for up to 12 months for operations and technical support. Automatically sent diagnostic logs (section 2) are retained for up to 30 days, and diagnostic log bundles sent for a support case for up to 90 days; live troubleshooting sessions are not stored at all. After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.
Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data. Because accounts are administered by the business customer, please contact your organisation's administrator first, or contact EMVN directly (section 11). We respond to personal-data requests within 72 hours in accordance with Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP. Note that playback logs tied to devices and businesses may continue to be retained to meet the music-licensing reconciliation obligations described in section 8, even after personal account data has been deleted.
EMVN BGM is a business tool. It is not directed at, or intended for, anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
All communication between the app and the service is encrypted in transit (TLS), and audio cached on the device is encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
